The 20° Nord 20° Sud manifesto

At 20 ° Nord 20 ° Sud, tasting chocolate is made from cocoa beans with a subtle aromatic profile, like a great wine that is both intense and complex.

To do this, the beans are carefully selected. They are tested, sorted and roasted. We crack and grind the cocoa. We blend, refine and mature our chocolate. We temper our luxury chocolate bars and pack them by hand.

As you will have understood, to offer exceptional chocolate, we prepare the cocoa according to the ancestral BEAN TO BAR tradition, i.e. an artisan, natural method in which no preservatives or artificial flavours are added!
